Volt Miner supplies crypto-mining hardware and the power, cooling and networking gear that keeps it running — from a first home rig to a full farm. Every ASIC and GPU is bench-tested before it ships, and our team runs the same equipment we sell, so the advice you get is from people who actually mine.
Shipping & delivery
We ship worldwide with tracked, insured couriers. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day; heavier items (racks, immersion tanks) ship freight and we'll confirm a delivery window by email.
- Free insured shipping on orders over $500.
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days domestically, 5–12 days internationally.
- Every parcel is fully insured until it reaches your door.
- Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & RMA
Changed your mind? Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund. For faulty hardware, start an RMA and we'll cover return shipping.
- Email support@voltminer.example with your order number.
- We'll issue an RMA number and a prepaid label for defective units.
- Once received and inspected, replacements ship within 3 business days.
Warranty
Hardware is covered against manufacturing defects for the period below, from the delivery date:
- ASIC miners: 180 days.
- Graphics cards: up to 3 years (see product page).
- Power supplies: 2 years.
- Accessories: 1 year.
Warranty does not cover damage from improper voltage, water (outside rated immersion use), or unauthorized firmware.

Checkout is encrypted and buyer-protected. We accept major cards and cryptocurrency:

We partner with colocation facilities for hosted mining. Reach out and we'll match you to available capacity.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Absolutely. Orders of five units or more qualify for farm pricing — get in touch.
Which coins can I mine?
Our catalog covers SHA-256 (BTC), Scrypt (LTC/DOGE), kHeavyHash (Kaspa) and memory-hard GPU algorithms.

By placing an order you agree that product descriptions and mining performance figures are provided in good faith but can vary with network difficulty, firmware and operating conditions. Cryptocurrency mining carries financial risk, and Volt Miner is not responsible for mining profitability. Warranty and return terms above form part of these terms of sale.
